Lynda:

“LMFMusic is a new concept, it is really exciting because it is an A&R which is artist and repertoire music company that deal with unsigned artists who create music. We are not interested in cover music, you don’t have to sing a cover song, obviously we can’t accept cover songs so we just focus on the unsigned artists who create original music and we help you pathway to a music career. So whether it be a recording deal, whether it be a publishing deal or you just want to be up on iTunes, it is just a great way of coming through the system learning about the business and giving unsigned artists a chance. The thing we love about the concept and I love about the concept as being the leader of LMFMusic is that we don’t discriminate against the artist. The artist can be any type of genre, we are not genre specific, we don’t look at people’s ages like, you know, sometimes the industry does that and we don’t care where you come from. So we have the platform to help you with your original music on a worldwide level.”

Colin:

“One of the things that LMF is providing to its clients as it were is a guidance and help to get through what is otherwise potentially quite an aggravating experience. “I think LMF’s point of difference on this one is it is actually motivated driven, its genesis is a musician, wanting to look after musicians and to hopefully give them an easier path through their careers than has been the case for a lot of people over the last few years. Talking to a musician about their career is a lot different from talking to an accountant, much as I love accountants but they are not necessarily the people you want to talk to about musical direction or artistic control and all those things and that is the point of difference, it is a huge difference.”
