The answers to these questions have to be YES – otherwise we can not proceed with your music.

• Are all the music tracks original songs. YES
• Do you have any or all of the ownership, copyright and permission to use and upload your music tracks to LMF Music site. YES
• Do you own the mechanical (recording) rights to enable you to upload your music. YES
• I have not licensed or entered into any licensing deals. YES
• Are there any co writers-YES. You must list the co writers names when submitting each music track.
• Do you have all your performance protection and clearances i.e. session musicians, singers, producers, engineers etc. YES

• Are there are any sample music in the recordings of the music tracks i.e. music taken from other artists records. If YES; have you cleared it with the management or owner of that sampled music. YES

  The answers to the above questions have to be YES – otherwise we can not proceed with your music.

  Q: Can I get permission from the above listed then upload music tracks. YES YES YES!!!

  Dishonesty: LMFMusic will respond to any Take Down Notice immediately and it will be up to you to sort out the issues with the track. Royalities will be put on hold until you have resolved all of the issues. LMFMusic is not responsible for dishonesty or misrepresentation caused by you. A admin penalty fee may apply for time spent in relation to any dishonesty or misrepresentation dispute.
